A Look Back at 2014

Looking back on 2014, it was a year of great personal and professional growth for me. I invested a lot into personal life as well as into my business and feel like I have finally become so clear about who I am as a photographer and why I do what I do. For me, what I do in my photography business is integral to the rest of my life. It is what I love to do. I love taking photos of everything in my life, especially of my son shown above, of animals and nature. For my clients, I love creating natural, authentic images that tell a story and that create the feeling of I want to get to know that person or I can really get a sense of who that person is and want to connect with them. I love seeing the people I photograph really benefit from their portraits and grow in what they love to do.

It's really fun and rewarding to look back at the photos I created throughout the year and reflect upon what I've learned and the new friends and wonderful connections I've made.  I'm super excited to step into 2015 with a revived sense of accomplishment and desire to be the best I can be and to give more of myself to my friends, clients and colleagues alike, to my work and to the causes I believe in.

Here I share with you a very random selection of some of the highlights from my body of work in 2014 and invite you to visit my website and blog if you're not familiar with my work and explore.

All the very best for a fantastic 2015!
