The podcast began as a dream project I carried with me for nearly a decade before launching it in 2019. It grew from my belief that everyday people are capable of creating meaningful change, often through work that begins with a personal experience, a need they recognized or an idea they felt compelled to pursue.
Each episode offers listeners an opportunity to meet the person behind the business, explore the experiences that shaped their work and hear the insights they have gained along the way.

Your interview is designed to feel like a thoughtful, relaxed conversation rather than a formal or scripted interview.
Together, we will explore your story, the work you do, what inspired it, the challenges and turning points you have experienced and the impact you hope to create.
My role is to guide the conversation intuitively, ask meaningful questions and create space for you to speak naturally and confidently about your work. You do not need to arrive with a polished script. The goal is to have an honest and engaging conversation that allows listeners to connect with both you and your message.
Your interview also becomes more than a single conversation. It is professionally produced and shared across multiple platforms, giving you a collection of content that can continue supporting your visibility long after the episode is released.
